Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  We ask that you please return the item in the same condition in which you received it.  Your item should be returned with a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.  Please also provide your email address and or telephone number so we can effectively communicate with you about your return.

Once we receive your item, we will notify you by email or telephone on the status of your refund.  We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost for the item.  Shipping costs are nonrefundable.  If you request an exchange (for merchandise damaged during shipping) the replacement item will be shipped to you with no additional shipping cost.
